ISO Meeting in Paris

On the 28th and 29th June 2023 David James attended the 6th meeting of ISO TC224WG10 that was held at the AFNOR offices in Paris. This working group has been formed under ISO TC 224 “Drinking water, wastewater and stormwater systems and services” . The purpose of the working group is to aim to draft a new standard the scope of which is to:

  • Outline the tests to evaluate the characteristics of products suitable to be disposed of via the toilet.
  • Outline appropriate labelling requirements
Paris Meeting

Delegates from 11 countries attended the meeting including Australia, Cañada, China,France,India,Israel,Japan,South Korea, Spain,United Kingdom, United States. Liaison representatives from EDANA and INDA also attended.
